This episode of the Grim Drive Podcast, where we explore mental health through the lens of professional sports and athletes, takes a look at Youth Sports + Mental Health .

Sports are an important part of so many lives.  Whether a person is playing an individual or team sport, or just watching and rooting for a favorite team as part of a fan group, sports often play a large role in both physical and mental wellbeing, having a clear impact on overall health.  In this episode, we discuss an article which covers youth sports in general, recent changes in how sports intersect with with the short and long-term future of youth, and our thoughts on the pros and cons.
